Against All Odds.

One night after an action-packed and unforgettable Survivor Series, the 1174th edition of WWE Monday Night RAW came to you, live, from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. The 29th annual Survivor Series had to be the most heartbreaking night of Roman Reigns’ career as, in the culmination of a sixteen-man tournament where Roman Reigns had to fight his way past Big Show, Cesaro, and Alberto Del Rio to make it to the Finals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament. Reigns would be joined in the Finals by his ‘brother’ Dean Ambrose as “The Big Dog” and “The Lunatic Fringe” would battle each other with WWE’s top prize on the line and, in the end, it was Roman Reigns who emerged victorious, finally making it to the mountaintop as the brand new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. What should have been the biggest moment of Roman’s career was completely crushed as, after the new champion took WWE COO Triple H out with a Spear, Reigns could not have imagined that he would turn right around into the Brogue Kick by “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” Sheamus, who would cash in his Money-in-the-Bank contract. Then, despite Roman’s best efforts to cling to his WWE World Heavyweight Title, a second Brogue Kick would secure the championship for “The Celtic Warrior” as, within moments, Roman Reigns went from being the WWE World Heavyweight Champion to being flat on his back in the middle of the ring. Sheamus would then shake hands with Triple H before the new champion and the COO celebrated Sheamus’ fourth World Title victory, cementing a new partnership between the two. For the second time this year, a Money-in-the-Bank cash-in has crushed the dreams of Roman Reigns and, after putting his hands on the COO, things can only get worse for Roman. With new WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus scheduled to appear on RAW, will Roman Reigns be looking to get his revenge on the new champion? Will Triple H be on hand to continue making Roman’s life a living hell? How long has Triple H & Sheamus been planning for Sheamus’ cash-in at Survivor Series?
