WWE: Former Divas Returning to the WWE?

WrestlingInc.com is reporting that the WWE has repeatedly reached out to several former WWE Divas to try and get them to make a return to the company, trying to sweeten the deal by promising them that they will only work on television and pay-per-views and will not have to do make any house show appearances. Two of the bigger names that WWE has reached out to are Trish Stratus and Lita.

While Trish Stratus has shown in the past that she is willing to pop up on WWE television every now and then, a regular, on-the-road schedule with the WWE is something that she is reportedly not interested in at this time. This does not come as much of a surprise considering that Trish is now a married woman, not to mention her own successful yoga studio.

Lita has mentioned a WWE return before, namely teasing a return to try and ‘fix’ the struggling Divas division. Much like Trish, Lita is open to making sporadic appearances for the company, but she has other things going on right now as Lita is the lead singer and driving force behind her own band, The Luchagors. However, what makes Lita’s return more of a likelihood than Trish’s is Lita’s friendship with WWE Champion CM Punk. The two are a former couple as the two of them bonded over their following of the straightedge lifestyle and their love of punk rock music.

Which former Diva would you like to see return? Post your comments in the box below.
