Breaking WWE News: SmackDown Superstar Released!

WWE.com announced on Thursday that SmackDown Superstar MVP; Montel Vontavious Porter (Alvin Burke, Jr.) has been released from World Wrestling Entertainment. In his time in the WWE, MVP is a two-time United States Champion with his first reign earning him the longest reign as United States Champion in SmackDown history and is also a former WWE Tag Team Champion. Here is the WWE.com announcement:

World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar MVP as of December 2, 2010. WWE wishes MVP the best in all future endeavors.
